One Night Stand in the Jungle.....

FINALLY AFTER A LONG WAITING, i was back in the jungle after about 7 months or so.Just missed the scent of jungle, the mysterious aura of the jungle and of course the inhibitants of the jungles(spirits, ghosts&etc).Templar Park was ther destinationof the night. The camp started on the friday morning but Me and two of my other two council member,Jet Thye and Vincent decided to drive there on Saturday due to my exam which was on saturday.

We left for Templar Park at 11.00pm or so.We reached there around 1200am or so.The place was just dark, which was expected. Then this funny thing happened.....I opened the car door adn i could hear loud music of people singing.I was shocked!!!!WTFG !!!!Who will want to sing in a jungle middle of the night......In the end, we found out that there is a malay stall proividing karaoke service ....
Hopefully the "inhibitants of the jungle" doesn't mind.

After doing nature's call next to the car near some bushes and changing into short pants and slippers, the three of us started the hike to locate our troop members. On the way , after 20mins hike, we saw some of the rovers going down for a drink at the malay stall mentioned above. So we went back down with them....seniority rules in the troop, what can be done?

After drinking for an hour, the 9 of us started hiking back up to the campsite which took 30mins.And we have to cross the river to get to the campsite. The water level was at my waist.Fuhhhh...was a bit wet by the time we cross to the campsite.Basically, pitched our tent in the dark, then i took a short bath in the cold river which just remind of the old days.In the old days, my whole council was asked to half naked ,basically in our "swimwear" and were to sit in the cold river in 1.00am in the morning to discuss problems and how to improve ourselves....which we call pow wow.

After the short bath ...which happened while Karmen was doing pow wow with the committe members...i went to sleep. It was a good nite to sleep ,plus i have my sleeping bag.My other two members slept without anything , resulting shiverings and moanings or being cold.hahaahah

Woke up next morning, and got this story told by my senior.

Senior:7 of the boyscout went home earlier!

Me : HUH! why? they can't stand it?

Senior:Nolar, accident happened.one of the junior was starting a fire and wanted to speed things up, so he used petrol.

Me : Yeah? and?

Senior:He somehow dropped the jerry can of petrol into the fire and the fire went out of control.
The fire burst and it was like fireworks, wood from the fire was flying around......

Me : WTF! SHIT!!!!!What happened then???

Senior: One person got burnt and another got cut on his leg and the other 5 were slightly
injured....

I was damn suprised to hear the story. What is happening to the boyscouts nowadays. It seems that they just are accident prone. But still, they won't be real scouts if they never experience pain and the hardwork from the activities they do.

I am damn lazy to write now as i noe the nmext story will be even longer.I just return home after the camp.I wrote this post after just eating with Andy,Maynard and Adrian.......And yeah...it seems Shah Alam people like the chicken chop rice at the food court near my place.....Hahahah.Will post the second part of my camping story tomolo.....
